Jane Bond 2-007
What Our Audience Had to Say:
Four of us came to see the production of Jane Bond and now we are all ill, from laughing so much. All I can say is, Brilliant, Wonderful, Hilarious, Side Splitting, keep up the good work.
Another triumph, brilliant!
We booked 17 tickets for ourselves and a few friends ten months or so in advance and have really been looking forward to seeing Jane Bond at the New Theatre Royal in Portsmouth.
Just got home from watching Jane Bond at the Southport Arts Centre. Another triumph, brilliant! My husband and I and our two girls age 12 and 11 thoroughly enjoyed it. (Stuntman very nice also!) It is the 5th time we have been to see you, and have no intention of missing any of your future productions.
SYNOPSIS: Super mum and super spy, girly gadgets and hi-tech highlights; Jane Bond using only her feminine intuition and Born Blonde shade 6, Hint of Honey, fights the forces of evil; Blowdry and a fluffy white rabbit. She’s blonde, she’s dangerous and she kicks ass in this “double-o comedy heaven”
Listen to our Bond theme beautifully sung my Malcolm Raeburn. Lyrics by Malcolm, music by the fab Tayo Akinbode
As a child growing up in the 1960’s my all time heroine was Diana Rigg in The Avengers. Ever since then I have been yearning to wear a black cat suit and do high judo kicks. Well, here’s my chance. I have been down the gym religiously pumping iron. The result has been miraculous; I now have a frozen shoulder and have handed my credit card over to my osteopath. As for Sue, her life has obviously been blighted by being a very little over 5’. I can’t possibly imagine what that’s like, being overlooked in the queue for the bar, standing one of those IKEA footstools to brush your teeth. In this show she gets to be a very large character, Blowdry, and she gets to stroke a fluffy white bunny. What more can I say?” (Maggie Fox)
Jane Bond cut out doll with stand and outfits
This cut out doll on the back of the Jane Bond programme proved a huge hit. It followed on from an embroidered kitten on the back of the Very Little Women Programme.
Print this out on card, cut it out and make your own Jane doll…….if you can be bothered
Watch Jane overcome Blowdry’s evil fluffy bunny
