A twenty minute film shot in Elizabeth Gaskell’s house, Manchester, in which we meet some of Mrs Gaskell’s very famous acquaintances: Charles Dickens, Charlotte Bronte, Harriet Beecher Stowe, Beatrix Potter, Charles Halle, John Ruskin and Dante Gabriel Rosetti. Made in celebration of the opening of Mrs Gaskell’s bedroom.
